Blake Gardner, MD

Dr. Blake Gardner, MD, is the Structural Heart and Endovascular Programs Director at Intermountain Dixie Regional Medical Center. He completed a cardiology fellowship in Rochester, New York and later completed an advanced fellowship in interventional cardiology. He is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Cardiovascular Medicine and Interventional Cardiology.

At the Intermountain Heart & Vascular Clinic, Dr. Gardner works closely with his patients and their primary care teams to ensure the seamless coordination of their treatment plans for optimal patient care and safety.

Dr. Gardner’s areas of expertise include structural heart disease, peripheral vascular disease and coronary artery disease. Dr. Gardner is married with five children, and moved with his family to St. George, Utah to join Intermountain Health in 2013. He enjoys spending time with family when he is not working.
