Chirisse Taylor, MD, MPH

Dr. Taylor has made her way across the country, from bustling New York City to sunny Las Vegas. Through this journey, she has dedicated herself to improving the lives of women by providing comprehensive, compassionate and evidence-based care. Her commitment extends both domestically and abroad, as she has completed medical missions in both Africa and Central America.

At Intermountain Health, Dr. Taylor works to provide her patients with ample education and be open and honest about what they can expect on their health journey. She often shares her own experiences to build relationships with patients and provide some comfort in vulnerable or overwhelming situations. Providing a safe environment for women to feel supported and cared for has always been a high priority for Dr. Taylor.

When she is not traveling on a jet plane, Dr. Taylor can be found hitting the pavement. She is an avid runner and has completed three full marathons, three half marathons and has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro.

Dr. Taylor obtained her undergraduate and master’s degree at Cornell University and Yale School of Public Health respectively, then moved to Boston to attend Harvard Medical School. Upon graduation, she traveled to Chicago and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology, and then went on to complete her fellowship in minimally invasive gynecology at Las Vegas Minimally Invasive Surgery. She also completed her Focused Practice Designation in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS). Dr. Taylor is a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL) and the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologist (ACOG).
