Dr. Glenn Diaz joined Intermountain Healthcare because he believes in our mission of providing quality healthcare. He enjoys developing senior care plans for patients with chronic conditions including asthma, diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.

Before joining Intermountain Healthcare, Dr. Diaz served as rural health medical director and staff MD for the Department of Health in the Philippines. He was a clinical instructor and assistant professor at University of Florida in Jacksonville; staff physician for QueensCare Family Clinics; staff physician for Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department; staff physician at Quick health in Santa Ana, California; and most recently staff physician at Arroyo Vista Family Health Center in Los Angeles.

Dr. Diaz earned his MD from University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines and did is residency in family medicine at University of Florida Health Science Center in Jacksonville. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Diaz grew up in the Philippines and speaks Tagalog. In his spare time, he enjoys walking, playing ping pong, and indoor volleyball.
