Growing up in Nigeria, Dr. Edmunds’ experience witnessing the outcomes of poor health care in his community inspired his career in medicine.
At Intermountain Health’s Durango Hills myGeneration Senior Clinic, Dr. Edmunds works to empower his patients, emphasizing that the physician is merely a guide –each and every person holds the key to their own health and well-being.
Dr. Edmunds received his medical degree from the University of Benin in Nigeria and earned a postgraduate master’s degree from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom. He then completed residency at New York Methodist Hospital. Dr. Edmunds is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is fluent in English and Igbo.
