Cleveland, Ohio native Margaret Ortiz-Mall chose to follow in her mother’s footsteps and pursue a career in nursing. Now, she is a dedicated provider and is passionate about giving women the quality care they need.

At Intermountain Healthcare, Ms. Ortiz-Mall is a nurse practitioner and specializes in women’s health. Ms. Ortiz-Mall says her favorite part of her work is delivering healthy babies, but she also enjoys seeing women of all ages of backgrounds. She is dedicated to providing quality comprehensive care for her patients and says she enjoys being able to work in an environment where everyone shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission.

In her time off, Ms. Ortiz-Mall enjoys various hobbies like reading, exercising and salsa dancing. She also loves spending time with her family, especially her children and grandkids. Ms. Ortiz-Mall received her undergraduate degree from Phoenix College in Phoenix, Arizona and her NP from the Federation of Planned Parenthood. She has been practicing for over 40 years.

Ms. Ortiz-Mall speaks both English and some Spanish, offering her the ability to work closely with patients who speak both languages.
