Dr. Nancy Lao joined Intermountain Healthcare’s Henderson myGeneration Senior Clinic out of a desire to be part of a practice committed to quality healthcare. She enjoys developing deep and lasting relationships with patients.

Dr. Lao has served as a Medical Director in Elko and Winnemucca, as a Physician Team Lead and Staff Physician in Las Vegas, as a Staff Physician in San Bernardino, as an Urgent Care Physician in Fontana, and as a Municipal Health Officer in the Philippines.

Dr. Lao is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She earned her MD from Cebu Doctors’ College of Medicine in Cebu City, Philippines, and her BS in Biology from University of San Carlos in the same city. She did her residency in Family Medicine at Riverside County Regional Medical Center in Moreno Valley, California.

Dr. Lao grew up in the Philippines and was deeply influenced by two older sisters who are doctors and a mother who was involved in charitable activities. Dr. Lao’s daughter also practices medicine. She is fluent in Tagalog and Cebuano.
