If you are affected by one of the following conditions, you may be eligible for Medicare coverage even if you are under 65 years of age:
- Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
- Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
- Diabetes
- End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD)
