Agatha Formoso, MD

Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Agatha Formoso was raised in South Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Florida in Gainesville and a Master of Science in Medical Science from the University of South Florida in Tampa. Dr. Formoso returned to the University of Florida and completed her Doctor of Medicine. Most recently, she finished a pediatric residency with the Phoenix Children’s Hospital. She is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. As a provider, Dr. Formoso is most excited to get to know her patients and their families and watch her patients as they grow up.

Dr. Formoso likes to create. When she is not working, she can be found cooking, baking, or making pottery.
