Having grandparents from the Middle East, being born in Brazil, and later becoming a U.S. citizen helped Aline Bakr, FNP-BC, better understand other cultures and learn the importance of helping one another. She attended Sao Paulo State University for her undergraduate Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology studies. Aline earned a second Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT, and a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Mercer University in Atlanta, GA. She is passionate about serving others and wants to contribute to research in nursing and educate and empower patients in their own healthcare.
Outside of the office, Aline enjoys hiking, baking, and cooking. She is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
